<br />NIDA A. GANOW (formerly Nida A. Peterson) and FRED C. GANOW,
<br />wife and husband in her and his own right and ae spouse of the
<br />other, herein called the Grantors, for and in consideration of
<br />the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($lO.OOl AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE
<br />CONSIDERATION received from Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey and confirm unto NIDA A. <>ANOW, LIN IRENE SALPAS, and
<br />GEORGE SALPAS, SR., as joint tenants with right of survivorship,
<br />herein called the Grantees, the following-described real estate

<br />belonging, unto the said Grantees and to Grantees' heirs and
<br />assigns forever. Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantees
<br />and with Grantees' heirs and assigns, that Grantors are lawfully
<br />seized of said premises, that they are free from encumbrance and
<br />that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell the
<br />same; and Grantors hereby covenant to warrant and defend the
<br />title to said premises against the lawr-ul claims of all persons
