<br />LAWRENCE W. WIESE, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF
<br />ALVINA E!'sIE WIESE, (also known as A. Elsie Wiese), Deceased,
<br />GRANTOR, conveys and releases to LAWRENCE W. WIESE to have and to
<br />hold during his natural life and the remainder thereafter to
<br />SUSAN ANN ALLAN, MARILYN R. DUBBS and JAMIE L. COLE, as tenants
<br />in COllll1on, GRANTEES, the following described real estate (as
<br />defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201) located in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, to-wit:

<br />Decedent's undivided one-half (1/2) interest
<br />in Lots numbered Three (3), Four (4) and Five
<br />(5) of Section ~wenty-Eight (28), and also a
<br />strip of ground along the South side of Lot
<br />Seven (7) from the Section line between
<br />Sections 'l'wenty-Eight (28) and Twenty-Nine
<br />(29) to the northerly approach of a former
<br />bridge now removed crossing the Platte River
<br />South from said Lot Seven (7), in Section
<br />Twenty-Eight (28), all in Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Ten 110) West ()f ".e 6th P.M.,
<br />and also an interest in a ' '\.rl'ge ap'iJroaching
<br />t,his land across the North Channel of the
<br />Platte River on the Section line east of said
<br />Section Twenty-Eight (281 above-described,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;

<br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of
<br />record.

<br />GRA..'QTOR has determined that the GRANTEES are the persons
<br />entitled to distribution of the real estate from said estate.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEES that GRANTOR has legal power and
<br />lawful authority ~ convey and release the same.
