S. Highway No~ 30 and the north boundaries of <br /> <br />Commercial Industrial Park Subdivision of Part of Block 1, Nelsen <br /> <br />Subdivision, and Block 2 of Nelsen Subdivision, previously vacated <br /> <br />ya.~ of Frontage <br /> <br />n,...._~ <br />nvC1Y. <br /> <br /> <br />by Ordinance No. 6957; to repeal Ordinance No. 6957; and to <br /> <br />provide the effective date of this ordinance. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND <br /> <br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That that portion of the 60 foot wide Frontage <br /> <br />Road located between the south r' 'ht-of-wa,y' line of new U.S. <br /> <br />Highway No. 30 and the north boundaries of Commercial Industr~al <br /> <br />Park Subdivision of Part of Block 1, Nelsen Subdivision, and Block <br /> <br />2 of Nelsen Subdivision, lying between Webb Road and Industrial <br /> <br />Lane as previously vacated by Ordinance No. 6957 of the City of <br /> <br />Grand Island, be, and hereby is rededicated and re-openedas a <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 6957 of the City of Grand <br /> <br />Island Is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. That this ordinance. with the plat, is hereby <br /> <br />directed to be filed in the office of the Regist.er of Deeds., Hall <br /> <br />County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
