Giese and Leanor Giese, husband and wife, of Grand Island, Nebraska (hereinafter called the "Seller", whether one or more) and Daniel J. Giese and Susan L. Giese, husband and wife, of Omaha, Nebraska (hereinafter called the II Buyerll, whether one or more); WITNESS THAT: Seller hereby agrees to sell and convey to Buyer and Buyer agrees to purchase from Seller the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: Lot Eight, (8) in Block ,JtILY-Three (83) in the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Nebraska, except the following tract, to-wit: Commencing at a point on the north line of said Lot Eight (8), a distance of twenty-five (25) feet east of the north- west corner of said Lot Eight (8); thence going in an easterly direction along and upon said north line of said lot, a distance of forty-one (41) feet, to the northeast corner of said Lot Eight (8); thence going at right angles in a southerly direction along and upon the east line of said Lot Eight (8), a dis- tance of twenty-eight (28) feet; thence turning at right angles and going in a westerly direction par- allel to the north line of said Lot Eight (8), a distance of forty-one (41) feet; thence turning at right angles and going in a northerly direction par- allel to the easterly line of said Lot Eight (8), a distance of twenty-eight (28) feet to the point of beginning, as surveyed, platted and recorded.
