Bigelow. <br /> <br />Purchase price: $27,000.00. <br />Down payment: $1,500,00. <br /> <br />Interest: 12.5% per annum computed monthly on the <br />actual unpaid portion of the principal. <br /> <br />Closing date: September 1, 1984. <br /> <br />Possession date: September 1, 1984. <br /> <br />Escrow agent: FIVE POINTS BAN!', ,,'{AND ISLAND, NEBRASKA. <br /> <br />Property description: The west 62.6 Feet of Lot 11 <br />and the West 62.6 Feet of Lot 13, Block 27, Gilbert's Third <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />SALE: oeller hereby agrees to sell and convey to <br />Buyer, and Buyer hereby agrees to purchase from Seller, the <br />property described above, upon the terms and conditions <br />hereinafter set forth. <br /> <br />PURCHASE PRICE: The purchase price is that amount <br />described above, which Buyer agrees to pay and Seller <br />agrees to accept. <br /> <br />MANNER OF PAYMENT: The purchase price shall be paid <br />in the following manner: <br /> <br />Monthlv payments beginning October 1, 1984, of <br />$289.72, which includes interest as above described.
