Badami, Trustee, in accordance with the procedure <br />set forth in a certain Deed of Trust and promissory note dated <br />August 23, 1982, wherein RODNEY C. YOST AND ANN D. YOST, are <br />designated as Trustors-Borrowers, JOSEPH H. BADAMI is designated <br />as Trustee, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF' <br />LINCOLN, a United States corporation, is designated as Beneficiary- <br />Lender. Said Deed of Trust was filed for record in the Register <br />of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, on August 23, 1982, <br />in Document No. 82-003626. Said Deed of Trust grants to Joseph <br />H. Badami, Trustee, the power of sale over the following described <br />property: <br /> <br />Lot Six (6), in Bishop Heights Second <br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />Further Joseph H. Badami, Trustee, states that the said <br />Trustors-Borrowers have breached an obligation of said Deed of <br />Trust and accompany promissory note by failing to pay the monthly <br />installments of principal and interest of $739.00 for the months <br />of April, 1984; May, 1984; June, 1984; ,Tnly, 1984; -,\uoust, 1984, <br />and September, 1984, as agreed upon in ' ,id promissory note. As <br />a result of this breach, said Trus , 00seph H.
