<br />WHEREAS, a certain deed was given dated December 21, 1983 and recorded as
<br />document no. 84-000244 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />CO\lnty, Nebraska and sa i.d deed was subject to the c-ovenants, conditions_' and
<br />restrictions contained therein, and contained in Agreement recorded as document
<br />83-006104 dated September 23, 1983.
<br />I~REAS, the said deed provides that upon completion of the ~~~~~'~
<br />(rehabilitation) of the improvements, the Community Development Agency will
<br />furnish the purchaser with a certi ficate of completion, and

<br />of the improvements called for in said deed, and

<br />WHEREAS, the Community Development Agency, of the City of Grand.Island
<br />Nebraska has completed all of its obligations contained in said deed, as seller,

<br />NOW THEREFORE, The Community Development Agency of the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, hereby certifies that the said purchaser has completed the (construction)
<br />(rehabilitation) of the improvements called for in the said deed, This certi-
<br />ficate constitutes a conclusive determination of the satisfaction and termina-
<br />tion of the covenants and agreements in said contrar. and deed with respect
<br />to the obligations of the purchaser to complete thE, (~".;S1rDottDm) (rehabilitation)
