<br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED

<br />1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its
<br />City Council on July 2, 1984, enacted Ordinance no. 7086, which
<br />directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and.the
<br />manner and terms thereof.
<br />
<br />2. Ordinance No. 7086 was published in the Grand Island
<br />Daily Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and
<br />the terms thereof were published in the Grand Island Daily Inde-
<br />pendent for three successive weeks, on July 10, July 17, and July
<br />24, 1984, all as required by Section 16-202, R.R.S. '1943.
<br />
<br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the
<br />City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty
<br />days of the passage and publication of Ordinance No. 7086.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a
<br />municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor,
<br />consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) received from Grantees,
<br />hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto
<br />
<br />husband and wife, herein called the Grantees, the following
<br />described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Eighteen (18), Original Town,
<br />now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />hereinafter re-ferred to as the Premises.
<br />
<br />To have and to hold the above described Premises unto the
<br />Grantees and to Grantees' heirs, devisees, executors, adminis-
<br />trators, successors, and assigns forever, so long as the Gr-ant_s
<br />perform all of the covenants and obligations contained in para-
<br />graph 6 of the "Agreement far Purchase of Real Estate" recorded as
<br />Document No. 84-003836 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />This Special Warranty Deed shall convey to Grantees an estate
<br />in fee simple determinable, and in the event of breach of any 0+
<br />the provisions of paragraph 6 of the foregoing Agreement for
<br />Purchase of Real Estate, the possibility of reverter shall vest in
<br />the Grantor herein, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
