<br />
<br />For the purpose of clearing title and for the purpose of
<br />severing Lot Two (2), In Jack Voss Horse Country Club, aSubdi-
<br />vision located in the Southwest Quarter (SW%) of Section Two
<br />(2), Township Eleven (11), North Range Ten (10) West of the
<br />6th P.M" Hall County, Nebraska from the ownership and obligations
<br />of the common areas, including barn, in the Jack Voss Horse
<br />Country Club Subdivision, THOMAS A, HOFF and KAYLENE J, HOFF,
<br />husband and wife, being the present owners of Lot ~vo (2), in
<br />Jack Voss Horse Country Club Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />for themselves and for all others hereafter claiming through them
<br />or their grantees as a subsequent owner of the said lot Two (2)
<br />do hereby quitclaim-, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto JACK
<br />VOSS all of their right, title, claim and interest in and to all
<br />of the Jack Voss Horse Country Club Subdivision, except that
<br />part thereof known as Lot Two" (2), in Jack Voss Horse Country
<br />Club Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska,

<br />It is the intention of this Deed that Grantors hereby
<br />sever the aforesaid Lot Two (2) from t1ce . 1mrnon areas of the
<br />Jack Voss Horse Country Club Subdivi 'on, it being specifically
<br />understood and agreed that the Grantors and all persons claiming
<br />through them and all of their grantees of Lot Two (2) shall not
<br />as Grantee of Lot ~~o (2) acquire any interest of any kind in or
<br />to the common area or barn originally established in that
<br />subdivision,
<br />
<br />It is further understood and agreed that as consideration
<br />for this Deed, Jack Voss agrees that the subsequent owners of Lot
<br />Two (2), Jack Voss Horse Country Club Subdivision, shall have no
<br />ownership in the said common areas and shall have none of the
<br />benefits and none of the obligations imposed by the Jack Voss
<br />Horse Country Club Subdivision Rules and Protective Covenants for
<br />Condominium recorded in Book 23, Page 613 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska or in Jack Voss Horse
<br />Country Club Subdivision Rules and Covenants to run with the
<br />land recorded in Book 24, Page 593 in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County ,Nebraska,
<br />
