The Board of Directors may establish and revise from <br />time to time rules and regulations pertaining to the fixing or <br />repairing of any vehicles. <br /> <br />Section 9. Vehicles. No trucks, trailers, boats, motor <br />homes, campers, equipment, or machinery or cars not in daily'use <br />shall ever be parked, located or otherwise maintained on any Lot, <br />parking areas, street, or Common Area in the Properties ,except' <br />in cases of emergency due to breakdown or accident. <br /> <br />Section 10. Storage/Placement of Items. No garbage cans', <br />wood piles, or clotheslines or clothes hangers may be placed on <br />any Lot constructed or used unless completely concealed <br />from any adjoining Lot and unless they are located only <br />private patio approved by the Association. <br /> <br />Section 11. Garage Doors.
