The Board of Directors may establish and revise from time to time rules and regulations pertaining to the fixing or repairing of any vehicles. Section 9. Vehicles. No trucks, trailers, boats, motor homes, campers, equipment, or machinery or cars not in daily'use shall ever be parked, located or otherwise maintained on any Lot, parking areas, street, or Common Area in the Properties ,except' in cases of emergency due to breakdown or accident. Section 10. Storage/Placement of Items. No garbage cans', wood piles, or clotheslines or clothes hangers may be placed on any Lot constructed or used unless completely concealed from any adjoining Lot and unless they are located only private patio approved by the Association. Section 11. Garage Doors. Garage doors shall remain closed at all times except when being used for movement of vehicles or other items and in and out of such structure. ARTICLE V I ACCESS The Association, its employees and agents, shall have the right to go on any Lot for the purposes of performing maintenance and repair, making inspections, and performing its duties here- under and is hereby granted a specific easement for such purpose.
