"Lot" shall mean and refer to any platted lot of land shown upon the recorded Subdivision map of the Properties, which has been filed of record in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Section 5. "Declarant" shall mean and refer to James L. Bonsall and Sarah L. Bonsall. their r>2ir. , successors and assigns. ARTICLE II PROPERTY RIGHTS Section 1. Owner's Title. Every Owner shall have a fee simple title to his lot subject to the easement of the Associa- tion for maintenance. Section 2. Parking Spaces, Ownership of each Lot shall entitle the Owner or Owners thereof to the use of not more than two (2) automobile parking spaces, in addition to garage parking, which shall be as near and convenient to said Lot as reasonably possible, together with the right of ingress and egress in and upon said parking area. ARTICLE II I MEMBERSHIP AND VOTING RIGHTS Section 1, Every Owner of a Lot within the Properties shall be a member of the Association, Membet'ship shall be appurtenant to and may not be separated from ownership oE any Lot which is subject to assessment.
