<br />I <br /> <br />SECOND REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />84- 004543 <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, MARJORIE GUTSCHOW, widow, <br />of Hall County and State of Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of <br />Four Thousand Two Hundred and No/IOO Dollars ($4,200,00) in hand paid, <br />do hereby sell and convey unto JON F.
