<br />ASSIGNMENT OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT, Dell Palu, Personal Representative of the Estate
<br />of Mary Ann Palu, Deceased, for good and valuable consideration,
<br />the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby assign,
<br />transfer, and set over to Dell Palu, personally, his successors
<br />and assigns, a certain indenture of real estate mortgage dated
<br />June 20 , 1984, executed by Charles Thomas Tout and Linda
<br />Cowart Tout, Mortgagor, in favor of Dell Palu, Personal Repre-
<br />sentative of the Estate of Mary Ann Palu, Deceased, Mortgagee,
<br />which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No, 84-003442
<br />on June 28 , 1984, conveying the following described
<br />real estate, to-wit:

<br />The Northerly Fifty and Twenty Five Hundredths
<br />Feet (N 50,25') of Lot Five (5), in Block Ninety
<br />Nine (99), in Railroad Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />together with the note or obligatic-.s t~._rein described, with-
<br />out recourse In any event or fer au) cause.
