<br />I <br /> <br />REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE <br /> <br />84-00450$ <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />GARY EDWAPill SHOVLAIN and LINDA DIANNE SHOVLAIN, herein called <br />the "Mortgagor," in consideration of a Warranty Deed, do hereby <br />mortgage to THEU1A SHOVLAIN, herein called the "~10rtgagee," the <br />following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />Lot Five (5), Fonner Second Subdivision <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br /> <br />This Mortgage is given to secure the paymen~ of the principal <br />SUTI of Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($215,000,00), and interest <br />thereon, according to the terms of a certain Mortgage Note of even <br />date, executed by the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee, due the first day <br />of January 1989, <br /> <br />The Nortgagor further agrees to maintain insurance upon the <br />above-described premises in an amount not less than the indebtedness <br />to the Mortgagee with a loss-payable clause in favor of Mortgagor <br />and Nortgagees their interest may appear. The Mortgagor agrees to <br />pay all taxes and assessments upon said pr~ ises and all other ta~es, <br />levies and assessments levied upon thi" l'101 6age and the note in <br />which this Mortgage is ~iven to securE vzfore the same becomes de- <br />linquent, In the event the Mortgagor shall fail to obtain such <br />insurance or pay such taxes before delinquent, the Hortgagee may <br />purchase such insurance and pay such taxes or other liens and shall <br />have the liens secured hereby for the amounts advanced with interest <br />thereon at the rate of Fifteen percent (15%) per annum, <br /> <br />In the event the Mortgagor defaults in the payment of said <br />indebtedness or in the installments thereof, or fails to perform <br />any of the other agreements herein, the Mortgagee at his election <br />may declare the entire debt secured by this Mortgage to be due <br />and collectible at once; and may foreclose this Mortgage to the <br />satisfaction thereof, <br /> <br />Signed this /:,;c~day of <br /> <br />I: 4.- (' l.J-~~U/j- <br /> <br />1984. <br /> <br />.. // ~~!?
