<br />THIS MORTGAGE is entered into between GARY L. SCHACHT and
<br />BARBARA SCHACHT, husband and wife, each in his and her own
<br />right, and as spouse of the other, hereinafter referred to as
<br />"Mortgagor" and CLIFFORDL, KATHOL andPAMELAS. KATHOL, husband
<br />and wife! herein referred to as "Mortgagee.11

<br />Mortgagor is indebted to Mortgagee in the principal sum
<br />of Twent,y-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), evidenced by
<br />Mortgagors' Note dated the ",",(Y" day of August, 1984, providing
<br />for payment of principal and interest, with the balance of the
<br />indebtedness, if not sooner paid, due and payable on December 15,

<br />performance of the covenants and agreements of the Mortgagor
