<br />I <br /> <br />84- 004288 <br /> <br />REAL ESTATE LIEN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John & Vera Nolan, Husband & Wife <br />(hereinafter usually referred to as "Homeowner", whether one or <br />more) has entered into a certain written EMERGENCY HOME REPAIR <br />AGREEMENT dated the 2~th day of July ,1984, with the City <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation (hereinafter <br />usually referred to as "City"), acting through its Community <br />Development Agency, for rehabilitation of a dwelling on premises <br />owned by Homeowner which are hereinafter described, and for the <br />granting by City to Homeowner of Federal funds in the amount of <br />One Thousand Eight Hundred and Two Dollars and 58/100 ($1,802.58) <br />to be applied in payment of the cost of such rehabilitation, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Homeowner has, among other things, agreed (a) to <br />repay such amount or, as the case may be, a part thereof to City <br />and (b) to execute and deliver to City an instrument in <br />recordable form granting to City a lien on the premises to secure <br />such repayment, <br /> <br />Dated this 26th day of <br /> <br />July <br /> <br />, 1984. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such AGREEMENT with <br />Ci ty, John & Vera Nolan , do hereby grant to CITY <br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A Municipal rorpordtion,its <br />successor's and assigns, a lieI' upon t.nr ['allowing described real <br />estate situated in Hall Sounty, NebI' Ka: <br /> <br />Lot :0, Block 3, Boggs & Hills Addition <br /> <br />an addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />according to the reoord plat thereof, <br /> <br />to secure repayment to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, its <br />successors and assigns, of the amount of the grant hereinabove <br />ceferred to 01', as the case may be, a part thereof in acco.rdance <br />with the terms and conditions set forth in the EMERGENCY HOME <br />REPA:R AGREEMENT to which reference is made hereinabove. <br /> <br />The lien herein granted shall run with the premises until <br />such time as title to the property is transferred to another <br />owner.
