<br />Grantor, LUTHERAN HOSPITALS AND HOMES SOCIETY OF AMERICA,
<br />a Non-profit Corporation, with its principal offices in Fargo,
<br />North Dakota (also known, and taking and granting title to
<br />real estate, as Lutheran Hospitals and Homes Society of North
<br />America, Inc., of Fargo, North Dakota, and Lutheran Hospital and
<br />Homes Society of America), organized and existing under and by
<br />virtue of the laws of the State of North Dakota, in consideration
<br />of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000,00), received from the
<br />Grantee, qrant..:.s., barqains. sells~ conveys, transfers~ and con-
<br />firms unto the Grantee, WILLIAM L. FOWLES, the following described
<br />rea'l estate in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Lot Four (41, Medical Park Fourth Subdivision,
<br />in the City of Grand Island.
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD tne premises, together with all tene-
<br />ments, hereditaments, and appurtenances ~hereto belonging,
<br />unto the Gra~tee, his heirs, pprsoDal r" 'resentatives, and
<br />assigns forever.

<br />Gr?ntor, for itself and its successors, covenants with
<br />Grantee that:

<br />1. Grantor is lawfully seized of the premises.

<br />restrictions and conditions agreed to by the Grantee by acceptance
<br />and delivery of this Deed:

<br />or quick surgery clinic,

<br />of offices or clinics for the professional practice of
<br />medicJ.ne :1nd surgery by physicians and the professional
<br />practice of dentistry by dentists or for a dental labora-
<br />tor).' fat' t.he exclusive use of dentists, all of whom shall
<br />be duly licensed by the State of Nebraska.
<br />Grantee and Granteels successors, heirs, and assigns are
<br />prohlbited from subdividing the real estate.

<br />or by any owner of lots or real estate in Medical Park Fourth
