<br />Nebraska, for twenty years, I am well acquainted with J.ohn:
<br />Dhillon and Susan H, A. Dhillon and have represented them for
<br />more than ten years, I am the Attorney for John Dhill()n,ln~.,
<br />a Nebraska corporation, which was formed in 1976 and which was
<br />dissolved by operation of law on April 16, 1984. .

<br />2, On September 23, 1983, the pY Jident of
<br />Inc. executed a Corporat:i.on Joint enancy
<br />ins the captioned real estate to John Dhillon
<br />Dhillon, husband and wife as joint tenants. The Deed
<br />corded on April 13, 1984, in the Register of Deeds
<br />County, Nebraska, Document No, 84-001951, 1 know of
<br />knowledge that John Dhillon and Susan H. A, Dhillon,
<br />and wife, were the only shareholders and officers of
<br />lnc" and that Lot Fourteen (14), Block One (1), in
<br />Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />Nebraska, was the sole remaining asset of John Dhillon
<br />1 also know of my own knowledge that there was no
<br />outstanding owed by John Dhillon, Inc. on September
<br />or April 13, 1984, ,>xcept a mortgage on the capt
<br />in favor of The First National Bank of Grand Island
<br />Nebraska, which will be paid from the proceeds of
<br />such real estate,
