<br />The Northerly 6,8 Feet of Lot Three (3),
<br />Nabob Subdivision, an Addition to the City
<br />of Grand. Island, Hall County, Nebraska,

<br />THIS AGREEt--1ENT entered into this 1rd.-. day of August,
<br />1984, by and between WILLIAM A, PETERSEN and SANDRA PETERSEN:,
<br />husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as "PETERSEN", and
<br />GEORGE D, LOARIS and SANDRA J, LOARIS, husband and wife,
<br />hereinafter referred to as "LOARIS."

<br />WHEREAS, Petersen is the owner of Lot Three (3), Nab(jh
<br />Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Is:1aiid, Hi-'ll,
<br />County, Nebraska; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Loaris 1.S the owner of Lot Four (4)
<br />division, an Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a common driveway exists on the lot line
<br />the two properties; and
<br />

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants
<br />and easements contained in this agreement, the partieaagree as
<br />follows:

<br />I. William A, Petersen and Sandra Petersen, husband and
<br />wire, hereby grant, convey, and assign unto George D. Loar:is
<br />and Sandra j, Loaris, husband and wife, as joint tenants, a
<br />perpetual easement and right-elf-tolay over, across and through
<br />the following described real estate:

<br />wife. hereby grant, convey and assign to William A. Pete'(sen
<br />and Sandra Petersen, husband and wife, as joint tenants, a
<br />perpetual easement and right-of-way over, across and through
<br />the following described real estate:

<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,

<br />[or ingress and egress purposes in conjunction with the use of
<br />the common driveway,
<br />
<br />], The parties agree that the easements herein granted
<br />are for ingress arId egress purposes only~ and the parties agree
<br />not to obstruct, impede 0r interfere, one with the other, in
<br />the reasonable use of such driveway; provided that either party
<br />may temporarily obstruct the easement from time to time for
<br />purposes related to the conduct of their respective businesses.
