<br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS

<br />NOT~CE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed
<br />in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Commercial
<br />National Bank and Tru~t Company is Plaintiff, and Charles
<br />F, Lange and Colleen E, Lange, et aI" are Defendants, the
<br />object and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from
<br />the Defendants, Charles F, Lange and Colleen E, Lange, of
<br />the amount due the Plaintiff on a certain mortgage executed
<br />by them to Commercial National Bank and Trust Company dated
<br />October 24, 1983, and recorded in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 83-005686,
<br />on Octobpr 24, 1983, wherein Charles F. Lange and Colleen
<br />E, Lange mortgaged and conveyed to the Plaintiff the following
<br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />The South Forty Nine Feet (S 49') of the West Thirty
<br />Three and Six Tenths Feet (W 33.6') of Lot Two (2),
<br />Block Seventeen (17), Original Town of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />
<br />The East Sixty Six Feet (E 66') of ' _ North Half
<br />(N~) of Lot Ten (10), Coun Subdivision, located on
<br />the South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S~SE%;) of
<br />Section Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (11), North,
<br />Range Nine (9), Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />
<br />to obtain a foreclosure of the mortgage and to have the same
<br />declared a lien on the interest of Charles F, Lange and Colleen
<br />E, Lange and the other Defendant, in the real estate and
<br />appurtenances thereto; to have the real estate and appurtenances
<br />sold to satisfy the amounts so round due together with the
<br />costs of suit and to foreclose the Defendants of all right,
<br />title interest, lien, claim, demand, and equity of redemption
<br />whate er in and to the real estate and appurtenances thereto,
<br />toget er with such other and further relief as the Court may
<br />deem ust and equitable,
