<br />MELVIN K. PATTERSON and DOREEN P. PATTERSON, husband and
<br />wife, each in his and her own right, and as spouse of the other,
<br />herein called the Grantors, in consideration of THIRTY-TWO
<br />THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/lOO DOLLARS {$32,500.001 received
<br />from Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />ROBERT A. MATTKE and LINDA L. MATTKE, husband and wife, as jOint
<br />tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common,
<br />herein called the Grantees, the following-described real estate
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska:
