<br />ROBERT D. HOr.JJY and DELORES M. HOLLY, husband and wife, each
<br />in his and her own right, and as spouse of the other, herein
<br />called the Grantors, in consideration of NINETY-TWO THOOSAND AND
<br />NO/lOO Dollars ($92,000.001 received from Grantees, do grant,
<br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto KHAWAR MUNEER and
<br />SHAISTA N. MONEER, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right
<br />of survivorship and not as tenants in common, herein called the
<br />Grantees, the following-described real estate in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:

<br />Lots Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14) in Block
<br />Two (2) in Normandy Estates, an Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, except a certain tract of land more
<br />particularly described in Warranty Deed
<br />recorded in Book 166, Page 457 in the Register
<br />of Deeds Office, in Hall county, Nebraska.

<br />TO ~~\~ A}ID TO HOLD the above-described premises together
<br />with all ta.Tlements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging, unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or to the
<br />heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever~

<br />Grantors do hereby covenant with he Grantees that Grantors
<br />are lawfully seized of sai; premises, that they are free from
<br />encumbrance; that they are conveyed subject to covenants, con-
<br />diti0ns, restrictions, reservations and easements of recordr that
<br />Grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey thesallllH
<br />and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said
<br />premises against" the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.

<br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event
<br />of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple
<br />title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee.
