In Paragraph No. three (3) of the Lease Agreement portion of the Agreement, it provided that the initial five (5) year term of the Lease begins on the date the Option is "executed" by Tenant, whereas it was the intent of the parties that the initial five (5) year term was to begin on the date the Option is "exercised". Therefore, it is the intent of the parties hereto to clarify Paragraph three (3) of the Lease Agreement portion of the Agreement accordingly. NOW, TIlBREFORE, for and in CO\Isid€'. tion of the mutual promises herein contained by this Agreement, the parties hereby agree as follows: 1. The word "exercised" shall be substituted for the word "executed" appearing in the second line of Paragraph three (3) of the Lease Agreement portion of the Agreement, with the result that the initial five (5) year term of the Lease shall begin on the date the Option is exercised by the Tenant. 2.
