<br />of the first part, hereinafter referred to as. the assignor, for
<br />good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by National
<br />Old Line Insurance Company, Little Rock, Arkansas, party of the

<br />whereof is hereby acknowledged, has sold, and by these presents
<br />does sell, assign and transfer unto the said assignee .the
