<br />ASSIGNMENT OF NOTE AND HORTGAGE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Custer Federal Savings
<br />and Loan Association of Broken Bow, Broken Bow, Nebraska, party
<br />of the first part, hereinafter referred to as the assignor, for
<br />good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by National
<br />Old Line Insurance Company, Little Rock, Arkansas, party of the
