<br />1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a real estate rrortgage
<br />dated March 30, 1978, and recorded on April 10, 1978, as IbcuIll8nt No. 78-002060 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of a
<br />certain mrtgage note for $.'>2,000.00, a valid su\).<;isting ollEgation of t.he Mortgagor,
<br />and payment ,of the remainder of the principal md accrued interest thereon shall be
<br />due accordinR to the teTIHS of the aforenentioned real estate rrortgage, nndified and
<br />payable in the following !nanner:
