<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE I-1AYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA:

<br />SECTION 1. Sanitary Sewer District No. 460 is hereby created for the const-ruction
<br />
