Wayne Molck, et al, are Defendants, the object and prayer of <br />which is to obtain an accounting from said Defendants of the <br />amount due Plaintiff on the mortgage dated the 10th day of July, <br />1980, and filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on the 11th day of July, 1980, Document No. 80-003408, <br />wherein G. Wayne Molck and Sharlene J. Molck, mortgagedand conveyed <br />to Plaintiff the following described real estate situated in Hall <br />County, NebraSka, to-wit: <br /> <br /> <br />Lot One (1), Shar's Subdivision, in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Neb~aska, <br /> <br />to obtain a foreclosure of said mortgage and to have the. same <br />declared a lien upon the interest of G.
