<br />office ~~ 10407 Devonshire Circle, Omaha, Nebraska 68114, hereinafter called
<br />"Assignor", for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1..00) and other good
<br />and valuable consideration to it in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, sell, assign, transfer, set over, and convey unto
<br />HOMESTEAD SAVINGS, A FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, having its principal
<br />office at 1840 Ogden Drive, Burlingame, California, hereinafter CALLED "Assignee",
<br />its successors and assigns, all Assignor's right, title and interest in and to those
<br />certain Mortgages/Deeds of Trust covering property situated in Hall County
<br />State of Nebraska, which are set out and described in Exhibit IIA", attached hereto
<br />and incorporated herein by this reference, together with Notes, Debts, Liens', and all
<br />claims secured by said Mortgages/Deed of Trust and the covenants contained in said
<br />Mortgages/Deeds of Trust, and Assignor hereby covenants, promise.s and agrees that. it
<br />is the legal and equitable owner of said Mortgages/Deeds of Trust and Notes with full
<br />power to assign and sell the same.
