<br />D. C.. 20420, hereinafter ealled Grantee:

<br />WITNESSETH, That the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
<br />ten dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration

<br />the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained. sold and con-
<br />veyed, and by these presents doth grant, bargain. sell, eonvey end confirm unto the
<br />said Grantee and his successors in sueh office, as sueh, and his or their assigns

<br />the hereditaments and appurtenances.
<br />To Have and to Hold the said premises above bargained and described with the
<br />appurtenances unto said grantee, and his sueeessors in such office as such and his
<br />and their assigns forever.
<br />Said Grantor, for itself and its successors. hereby convenants with the said
<br />grantee and his suceessors in such office, as such that it is lawfully seized of a~
<br />indefeasible estate in fee simple in and to said premises; that it has good right and
<br />power to convey the same; that they are free from all encumbrsnces, except:
