<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />
<br />Notice of default is given on this ~ day of July,
<br />1984, by Joseph H. Badami, Trustee, in accordance with the procedure
<br />set forth in a certain Deed of Trust and promissory note dated
<br />June 11, 1982, wherein ROGER D. LIEBHART AND DOTTY J. LIEBHART,
<br />husband and wife, are designated as Trustors-Borrowers, JOSEPH H.
<br />BAD&~I is designated as Trustee, and FIRST FEDER~L SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF LINCOLN, a United States corporation, is
<br />designated as Beneficiary-Lender. Said Deed of Trust was filed
<br />for record in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on June 11, 1982, in Document No. 82-002301. Said Deed of Trust
<br />grants to Joseph H. Badami, Trustee, the power of sale over the
<br />following described property:
<br />
<br />The Southerly Two (S2) feet of Lot Two (2),
<br />and the Northerly Forty-eight (N48) feet of
<br />Lot Three (3), Block Two (2), in Sothman's
<br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />Further Joseph H. Badami, Trustee, states that the said
<br />Trustors-Borrowers have breached an obligation of said Deed of
<br />Trust and accompany "lromissory note by failing to pay the monthly
<br />installments of principal and interest of $392.00 for the months
<br />of December, 1983; January, 1934; Feb:t "ry, 1984; March, 1984;
<br />April, 1984; May, 1984; J~ne, 1984 and July, 1984, as agreed upon
<br />in said promissory note. As a result of this breach, said
<br />Trustee, Joseph H. Badami, has elected to exercise the power of
<br />sale and to sell or cause to be sold, the aforementioned property
<br />to satisfy the obligation of Trustors.
