<br />the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Forty-eight
<br />Thousand Two Hundred and No/lOO Dollars ($48,200.00) received
<br />from Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />Grand Island Christian Schools, a Nebraska Non-Profit Corporation,
<br />herein called the Grantee, the following-described real estate
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (SW~SE~) of Section Thirty-Five (35),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of the South-
<br />west Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW~SE~)
<br />of Section Thirty-Five (35), Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th
<br />P.M., running thence North Twenty (20) rods,
<br />thence West Eight (8) rods, thence South
<br />Twenty (20) rods, thence East Eight (8) rods,
<br />to the place of beginning together with all
<br />buildings and improvements located thereon.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the ~,r,mises above-described, together
<br />wi th all the tenements, heredi ,-,':lments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's successors and
<br />assigns forever; and Grantor hereby covenants with the said
<br />Grantee and with Grantee's successors and assigns, that Grantor
<br />is lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from
<br />encumbrance and that Grantor has good right and lawful authority
<br />to sell the same; and Grantor hereby covenants to warrant and
<br />defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of
<br />all persons \vhomsoever; and the said Grantor hereby relinquishes
<br />all right, title, claim and interest in and to the above-
<br />described premises.
