<br />THIS DEED is executed by BLANCHEE. BINFIELD, a single

<br />tati ve of the Estate of WAYNE. R. BINFIELD, Deceased, andiby
<br />CONSTANCE L. BUDD and LeROY G. BUDD, husband andwife,herec-
<br />after referred to as GRANTORS, in favor of GLENDALLW. THOMAS'
<br />and BETTY A. THOMAS, husband and wife, each an undivided. One",'
<br />half (1/2) interest, hereafter referred to as GRANTEES,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Blanche E. Binfield is the duly appointE!d,
<br />qualified and acting Personal Representative of the Estate
<br />of Wayne R. Binfield, Deceased, having heretofore been appointed'
<br />by the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />
<br />IVHEREAS, the Grantors have heretofore conveyed to the
<br />Grantees a certain tract of real estate within the Southeast
<br />Quarter (SE>.,:) of Section One (1), Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a Warranty Deed elated and iicknowledgeft December 7,
<br />1966 and recorded January 3, 1967 in Book 152 at Page 642 of the
<br />Deed Records of HaLl County, Nebraska, contained an incorrect
<br />and erroneous exception from the property therein conveyed des-
<br />cribed as the Southeast Quarter (SEla:) of Section One (1) as above
<br />described; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a Quitclaim Deed dated and acknowledged December 11,
<br />1974 and recorded February 26, 1975 in Book 177 at Page 324 of
<br />the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska likewise contained an
<br />incorrect and erroneous exception from the property therein con-
<br />veyed described as the Southeast Quarter (SEla:) of Section One
<br />(1) above described; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a Warranty Deed dated and acknowledged April 3,
<br />1978 and recorded May 17, 1978 in the Register of Deed's office
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 78-002948 was totally
<br />incorrect and ineffective because of incorrect and erroneous
<br />exceptions to the property therein contained; and
<br />
<br />I1HEREAS, Grantors herein desire to correct the erroneous
<br />legal descriptions as contained in the above described exceptions
<br />to property conveyed in the above described Deeds, and this Deed
<br />is given for the purpose of correcting title to t,he South Half
<br />of the Southeast Quarter (S~SEla:) of Section One (1), Township
<br />Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) Hest of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />COUi ty, Nebraska; and
<br />
<br />\'iHEREAS, the undersigned Pe rsonal Representative of the
<br />E~dte of Wayne R. Binfield, Deceased, is executing this con-
