<br />
<br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed
<br />in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein the
<br />Five Points Bank is Plaintiff and Midwest Coatings, Inc., et
<br />aI" are Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to obtain
<br />an accounting from the Defendant, Midwest Coatings, Inc., of
<br />the amount due to the Plaintiff on certain mortgages dated
<br />the 13 day of April 1981, and filed in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 14 day of April 1981,
<br />as Document No, 81-001837, and a mortgage dated May 14, 1981,
<br />and filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall ~ounty.
<br />Nebraska, on the 21 day of May 1981, as Document No, 81-002606,
<br />wherein Midwest Coatings, Inc" mortgaged and conveyed to the
<br />Plaintiff the following described real estate situated in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, to-wit:

<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter
<br />of the Northeast Quarter (NEtNEt) of Section Fifteen
<br />(15), Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9), West
<br />of the 6th P,M" Hall County, Nebraska, and morepatticul~
<br />arly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest
<br />corner of said Northeast Quarrer of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NEtNEt); thence Southerlv a. ug the West line of said
<br />Northeast Quarter of the :,ntheast Quarter (NEtNEt) a
<br />distance of Two Hundred Seventy (270) Feet; thence Easterly
<br />parallel to HIP North line of said Northeast QuartfJr of
<br />the Northeast Quarter (NEtNEt), a distance of One Hundred
<br />(100) Feet; thence Northerly parallel to the West line
<br />of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NEtNn), as distance of Two Hundred Seventy (270) Feet
<br />to a point on the North line of said Northeast Quarter
<br />of the Northeast Quarter (NEtNEt); thence Westerly along
<br />the North line of said Northeast Quarter of the North-
<br />east Quarter (NEtNEt), a distance of One Hundred (100)
<br />Feet to the point of beginning, and containing 0,620 acres,
<br />more or less,

<br />to obtain a foreclosure of said mortgages and to have thesa.e
<br />declared liens upon the interest of Midwest Coatings, Inc"
<br />in the real estate and appurtenances thereto; to have the real
<br />estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so found
<br />due, together with the costs of suit, and to foreclose the
<br />Defendants of all right, title, interest, lien, claim, demand,
<br />and equity of redemption whatever in and to the real estate
<br />and appurtenances thereto, together with such other and further
<br />relief as to the Court may seem just and equitable.
