Bonney and Mildred L. Bonney, hereby <br />covenant and agree to pay to Norwest Bank Grand Island, N.A., <br />or order, the principal sum of Twenty-Three Thousand and 00/100 <br />Dollars ($23,000.00), together with interest thereon at 15% <br />per annum from the date hereof, such sum to be payable in <br />eighty-four (84) equal installments of Four Hundred Forty-Three <br />and 83/100 Dollars ($443.83) per month commencing on the ~~ <br />day of J",{y , 1984, with a like sum being due and <br />payable on the same day of each month thereafter until paid in <br />full. This promissory note is an extension of the original <br />principal note in the amount of Twenty-One Thousand and 00/100 <br />Dollars ($21,000.00) which was executed on December 15, 1982, <br />and again extended on November 7, 1983, in favor of The First <br />National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, now <br />Norwest Bank Grand Island, N.A.; said notes and extensionthereor <br />were secured by real estate )rtgages recorded as Document;Nos. <br />82-005508 and 83-004997 reCOl _ .~d in the Mortgage Records of Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />This note shall continue to be secured by said mortgages <br />as well as an additional mortgage on the following described <br />property, to-wit: <br /> <br /> <br />Lot Two (2), Bonney SubdiviSion, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br /> <br />which shall be executed this date in favor of Norwest Bank Grand <br />Island, N.A. <br /> <br />All of the covenants and agreements in such original note <br />and extension thereof. and the real estate mortgages above described <br />shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect during such <br />extended period.
