<br />E. DEAN WOLFE and JUDITH A. WOLFE, Husband and Wife, herein called
<br />the IOOrtgagor, and THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the M::>rtgagee, hereby agree as follows:

<br />1. t.brtgagor has executed and delivered to M::>rtgagee a real estate
<br />rrnrtgage dated February 4, i982, and recorded March 1, 1982, us WCUUllilflt
<br />No. 82-000744 in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />in consiwration of the M::>rtgagee's certain promissory note in the amount
<br />of $27,000,00, which is a valid subsisting obligation of the Mortgagor, and
<br />that payment of the remainder of the principal and accrued interest thereon
<br />will be due according to the tenDS of the aforementioned real estate rrnrtgage,
<br />m:xlified and payable in the fallowing manner:
<br />
<br />A note dated February 4, 1982, on which a balance
<br />of $20,745.33 remains unpaid, will be repaid on
<br />April 9, 1985, with a final payment equal to the
<br />entire unpaid principal balance plus accrued interest
<br />due and payable on that date,
<br />
<br />The i.nterest rate on the aforementioned note shall
<br />he 10.~, from April 9, 1984, to maturity,
<br />

<br />estate rrongage dated February 1982, shall remain the same, and this
