BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRJUlD ISLAND, NEBRASKA. SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 1113 in the- City of Grand Island/ Nebraska. is hereby created. SECTION 2. The boundaries of the district shall be as follows: Beginning at a p01nt on the South right-of-way line of 'Roberts S81d point also being the Northeast corner of Lot 7, Roberts Subdivl.SIOn; t.hencc South on the East line of Lot 7. Roberts Subd-iv.ision, a distance of 300.0 feet; thence West paral-lel to the- South right-of...way line of Roberts St1~'eet <! distance of '252.-7 feet; thence North parallel to thp East line of Lot 7.
