BE IT ORDAINED BY THE HAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA. SECTION 1. Sanitary Sewer Extension District No. 458 of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created for the laying of an eight (8) inch vitrified clay'pipe-, or. polyvinalchloride plastic pipe, and appurtenances thereto.
