BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 1107 in the City of Gra'nd -Island, Nebraska, is hereby created. SECTION 2. The boundaries of the district shall be as follows: Beginning at the junction of the East line of Superior-Street and, the North line of Sixth Street, said point also being the Southwest corner of Lot Five (5), Block Eleven (11), Lambert's Addition; thence proceeding easterly along the North line of Sixth Street for -a distance of 132 feet; thence deflecting left 132 feet fram and-parallel,-to ,the East line of Superior. Street for a distance of 280 feet; thence deflecting left in a ~sterly direction along the South line_ of Seventh Street for a distanc.:.. t 132 feet; then-ce _deflecting right ~in a northerly direction along an extension of the East line of Superior Street for a distance of 40 feet; thence deflecting lef_t in- a westerl-y- direction 40 feet from and parallel to the South line of Seventh Street for a dist~ilce of 80 feet; thence deflectiilg left io-a southerly direction along an extension of the \olest line of Superior Street for a distance of 40 feet: thence deflecting-right in a:west-erly -dire-ction along the South line of Seventh Street for a di5ta~ce of 132 feet; thence deflecting left in a southerly direction- 132 -feet from and parallel to the West line of Superior Street for a'distance of 280 feet; thence deflecting left in an easterly'direction along the_-North line of Sixth StEcet for a d~stance of 132 feet; thence deflecting right in a southerly direction along an extension of the West line of Superior Street for a distance of 40 feet; thence deflecting_ left- in an easterly direction 40 feet from and parallel to the North -line of _Sixth Street for a di(jtance of 80 feet~ thence deflecting ~eft in a -nort-herly direction along an extension of the East line of Superior Street for a distance of 40 fee~ to the poin~ of beginning, all as shown on the plat marked Exhibit ~A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 3. The followinq street in the district shall be improved by paving, curbing. guttering, and all incidental work in connection therewith: Superior Street from Sixth Street to Seventh Street. Said improvements shall be made in accordance with plans and specifications the Engineer for the City and approved by the Mayor and Council. SECTION". The improvements shall be made at. pUblic cost, but the cost_ thereof, excluding intersections. shall he assessed upon the lots and lands in the district specially benefited thereby as provided by law. SEC'l'ION :). This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after, its passage. approval, and publication, wi~hout the plat. as provided by law. SECTION 6.
