Pursuant to the Agreements For Restrictive Covenants, Hestrictions And Conditions For Riverside Acres, the Improvement and Upkeep committee ha~ established an assessment against each lot owner in the Riverslde Acres Subdivision for a sum not in excess of One Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($100.00) per year so as to enable the Improvement and Upkeep Committee to carry out its purposes as stated hereinabove. 3.
