Pursuant to the Agreements For Restrictive Covenants, <br />Hestrictions And Conditions For Riverside Acres, the Improvement <br />and Upkeep committee ha~ established an assessment against each <br />lot owner in the Riverslde Acres Subdivision for a sum not in <br />excess of One Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($100.00) per year so as <br />to enable the Improvement and Upkeep Committee to carry out its <br />purposes as stated hereinabove. <br /> <br />3. Phyllis A. (~round, formerly Phyllis A.
