<br />An undivided l/16th interest in the W~ of
<br />the E~ of Lot 2, on Mainland and on the
<br />Island, in Section 1, Township 10 North,
<br />Range 10, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, containing about 9.37
<br />acres more or less.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned did, pursuant to said notice, sell
<br />said property to Gaylon Ewoldt at private sale pursuant to said
<br />Notice.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Trustee in Bankruptcy of
<br />Michael Lee Ewoldt and Joann Lucille Ewoldt, by virtue of the
<br />powers vested in me by the Bankruptcy Act and by virtue of said
<br />notice and pursuant to said application, and for other valUable
<br />consideration, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to said
<br />Gaylon Ewoldt, his representatives, heirs and assigns forever,
<br />all my right, title and interest as such Trustee, subject to all
<br />encumbrances of record, the above-described property~
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD SAID PROPERTY to the said GaylonEwoldt,
<br />his representatives, heirs and assigns forever, as fully and
<br />completely as I, the undersigned as such Trustee, by virtUe of
<br />said notice confirming the sale thereof and of the Bankruptcy Act
<br />might or should sell and convey the same.
<br />
<br />The Trustee makes no representations or warranties herein
<br />and cn~s Trustee's Deed is without recourse against said Trustee
<br />either individually or as such Trustee.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, the said Trustee in Bankruptcy, have
<br />hereunto set my hand this 7th day of June, 1984.

<br />John A. Wolf, who is known to me to be the Trustee of the
<br />Michael Lee Ewoldt and Joann Lucille Ewoldt Bankruptcy, and to
<br />me. known to be the identical person described in and who executed
<br />the foregoing Trustee's Deed, and he acknowledged his execution
<br />thereof to be his voluntary act and deed as such Trustee for the
<br />purposes therein set forth.
