That on the <br />27 day of September 1982, the Trust Deed was assigned to Nebra:ska <br />Mortgage Finance Fund as Beneficiary, and such Assignment of Deed <br />of Trust was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 82-004340, on October 6, <br />1982. That on the 27 day of December 1983, Larry D. Homolka was <br />appointed successor Trustee under the Trust Deed and such sub- <br />stitution of Trustee was recorded in the Office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 84-000167 on <br />.January 12, 1984.
