<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />That on the 27 day of September 1982, Stewart Title Guaranty
<br />Company was named as Trustee of a certain Deed of Trust inwhica
<br />Theodore N. Aldrich, a single person, was Trustor, and Superior
<br />Mortgage, Inc., was Beneficiary, which was recorded as Document
<br />No. 82-004188, on the 28 day of September 1982, in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. That on the
<br />27 day of September 1982, the Trust Deed was assigned to Nebra:ska
<br />Mortgage Finance Fund as Beneficiary, and such Assignment of Deed
<br />of Trust was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 82-004340, on October 6,
<br />1982. That on the 27 day of December 1983, Larry D. Homolka was
<br />appointed successor Trustee under the Trust Deed and such sub-
<br />stitution of Trustee was recorded in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 84-000167 on
<br />.January 12, 1984. 'fhat said Trust Deed granted a power of sale
<br />under said Trust Dee<1 to the Trust,*, and his succesSOrs, and on
<br />the 18 day of January 1984, said Trustee filed a Notice of Default
<br />of said D~~ed of Trust; that said Notice of Default was recorded
<br />in the Office of the Reg~ster of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Document No. 84-000298; that on the 25 day of January 1984,
<br />a copy of said Notice of Oefault was mailed to the following per-
<br />sons: Theodore N, Aldrich, 2723 North Hoad, Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />68801 ;certified maill return rec~ipt requested), and the Hall
<br />County Treasurer, Hall County Administration Building, 121 Soutb
<br />Pine. Grand Island, Nt'br.-'''',u 68801. That the Notice of Default
<br />mai led to Theodore N. Aldnch wa.s r<'turned .mclaimed; therefore,
<br />the Notlce of Dera\l]t was published 1n t.he Grand Island Daily
