<br />2. DEFINITIONS. The following words shall have the following meanings when used in this Deed of Trust. Terms nol olherwise defined in this Deed
<br />of Trusl shall have Ihe meanings attribuled to such terms in the Nebraska Uniform Commercial Code.

<br />Beneficiary. The word "Beneficiary" means NAFCO NE Federal Credit Union, its successors and assigns. NAFCO NE Federal Credit Union also

<br />Borrower. The word "Borrower" means each and every person who signs the LOANLlNER@ Home Equity Plan Credit Agreement secured by this
<br />Deed of Trust.

<br />Credit Agreement. The words "Credll Agreement" mean the revolving credll agreement dated 10-7-08 I with a credlllimlt
<br />in the amount of $ 50.000.00 , between Grantor and Lender, together with all renewals, extensions,
<br />modifications, refinancings, and subslilutions for Ihe Credit Agreemenl. The m9,lurity dale of Ihis Deed 01 Trusl. which is the date by which all
<br />Indebledness under lhe Cradil Agreement and this Deed of Trust is due is lU-7-23 , NOTICE TO GRANTOR: THE CREDIT
