<br />LICENSE AGREEMENT
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Richard H, Jensen and June Hock Jensen, husband
<br />and wife, are the owners of Lot Two (2), Block Seventeen (17),
<br />Original Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, and desire to
<br />sell said real estate to John J_ Karabin and Margaret A, Karabin;
<br />and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a survey of the premises reveals that the auto-
<br />mobile garage located to the rear of the lot extends into the
<br />public alley a distance of 1,5 feet; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, this License Agreement will permit said garage
<br />to encroach upon the public alley for such length of time as the
<br />garage exists,
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, for valuable consideration, receipt of
<br />which is hereby acknowledged, the Village of Cairo, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, hereby grants tv John J Karabin and Margaret A. Karab-in,
<br />husband and wife, a license to occupy the 1,5 feet by 16.2 feet
<br />tract of land for the encroachment of their sa rage onto the public
<br />alley as shown on the plot plan market Exhibit "A", attached here-
<br />to, and incororated herein by reference,
<br />
<br />The toregolIlg Itcense shall continue for such period of
<br />tIme as the garal 1s matntalneo un Lot TwO (2), Block Seven-
<br />teen (17), Original Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska. In
<br />the ('vent that said garag!> is removed or destroyed, this license
<br />shall terminate and be of no further force and effect,
<br />
<br />The license granted herein shall include the right to
<br />enter upon the alley for the purpose of painting, repairing, or
<br />in any other reasonable manner for the maintenance of the garage
<br />building, hur shall not pf'rmit thf' enlargement of the garage for
<br />further encroachment of the garage into the public alley,
<br />
<br />This license shall run with the land and be binding upon
<br />the parties hereto, their respective heirs, devisees and assigns,
<br />
<br />WITNESS our signatures this U day of June, 1984,
