Kirschbaum, pursuant to Paragraph V of the Last Will and Testament of Marjorie B. Kirschbaum, received a life interest in certain real estate belonging to the Decedent on the date of Decedent's death; WHEREAS, among the assets of the Estate of Marjorie B. Kirschbaum, Deceased, was real estate described as follows: The South Half (S~) of Section Twentv-four (24), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; The West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W~NE\) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Ele~en (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, lying west of Highway 281; The North 100 Feet of Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) and the East 20 Feet of the South 70 Feet of Lot Ten (10) and all of Lot Eleven lll) in Block Seventeen (17) in the Original Town of O'Neill, Holt County, Nebraska; in which the Decedent devised a life estate to Fred L. Kirschbaum; WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 30-2352, R.R.S. Neb. 1943, as amended, Fred L. Kirschbaum, as heir and beneficiary of the Decedent, may renounce; and pursuant to Section 2518 I.R.C. may irrevocably and without qualification refuse to accept an interest in property in whole or in part; WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 30-2352 of the Revised Statutes for the State of Nebraska, as amended, and pursuant to Section 2518 of Internal Revenue Code, Fred L.
