<br />ORDINANCE NO. 7063
<br />
<br />An ordinance creating Street Improvement District No. 1105; defining the
<br />
<br />boundaries of the district; providing for the improvement of a street within the
<br />
<br />district by paving, guttering. and all incidental work in connection therewith; and
<br />
<br />providing the effective date of this ordinance.
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND. NEBRASKA,
<br />
<br />SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 1105 in the City of Grand Island,
<br />
<br />Nebraska. is hereby created.
<br />
<br />SECTION 2. The boundaries of the district shall be as follows:
<br />
<br />Beginning at the junction of the East line of Market Street and the North line
<br />of Fourth Street. said point also being the Southwest corner of Lot 6, Block
<br />II. Evans Addition; thence proceeding easterly along the North line of Fourth
<br />Street for a distance of 300 feet: thence deflecting left in a northerly
<br />direction 300 feet from and parallel to the East line of Market Street for a
<br />distance of 280 feet; thence deflecting left in a westerly direction along the
<br />South line of Fifth Street for a distance of 300 feet: thence deflecting right
<br />in a northerly direction along an extension of the East line of Market Street
<br />for a distance of 40 feet: thence deflecting left in a westerly direction 40
<br />feet from and parallel to the South line of Fifth Street for a distance of 80
<br />feet: thence deflecting left in a southerly direction along an extension of
<br />the West line of Market Street for a distance of 40 feet: thence deflecting
<br />right in a westerly direction along the South line of Fifth Street f~r ~

<br />Market Street from Fourth Street to Fifth Street.
