BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 1102 in the City of Grand Island. Nebraska. is hereby created. SECTION 2. The boundaries of the district shall be as follows: Beginning at a po~nt where the North right-of-way line of Fourteenth Street intersects the West right-af-way line of Poplar Stre,et; thence West on the North r~ght-of-way line of Fourteenth Street a distance of 125.0 feet; thence North parallel to and 125.0 feet ."lest of the Wes-t right-of-way line of Poplar Street a distance of 226.0 feet to the South right-of-way line of Fifteenth Street; thence East on the South right-of-way line of Fifteenth Street a distance of 125.0 feet: thence North on the West r1ght-of-way line of Poplar Street a distance of 66.0 feet; thence East on the North right-oi-way line of Fifteenth Street a distance of 66.0 feet; thence South on the East right-of-way line of Poplar Street a distance of 66.0 feet, thence East on the South right- Of-way line of Fifteenth Street a distance of 125.0 feet; thence South parallel to and 125.0 feet Fast of the East right-of-way line of Poplar Street a distance of 226.0 feet to the North right-af-way line of FOurteenth Street; thence West on the North right-of-way line of Fourteenth Street a distance of 125.0 feet: thence South a-distanpe of 30.0 feet; thence West parallel to the North right-of-way line of Fourtee,nth Street a distance of 66.0 feet; thence North a dis-tance- of 30.0 feet. to the point of beginning, all as shown on the p1at, -mar:k:e.d Exhibit "A- attached heret.o and incorporated herein by refer,eoce-.
