I 84,-- 002776 r ORDINANCE NO, 7060 An ordinance creating Street Improvement District No. 1101; defining the boundaries of the district; providing for the improvement of a street within the district by paving, guttering. and all incidental work in connection therewith; and providing the effective date of this ordinance. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA. SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 1101 in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created. SECTION 2. The boundaries of the district shall be as follows: Beginning at a point where the East right-of-way of Poplar Street intersects the northerly right-af-way line of Ninth St,reet; thence southeas~erly perpendicular to the northerly right-of-way line of Ninth Street a distance of 60.0 feet to the southerly right-of-way line of Ninth Street; thence southwesterly on the southerly right-ot-way line of Ninth Street a distance of 68.4 feet: thence northwesterly a distance of 60.0 feet to the point where the northerly right-ot-way line of Ninth Street intersects the West right-of-way line of Poplar Street; thence southwesterly on the northerly right-of-way line of Ninth Street a distance of 142.5 feet, thence North parallel to and 125.0 feet West of the West right-of-way line of Poplar Street to the North right-of-way line of Twelfth Street~ thence Eas-t on the North r~ght-of-way l-lne of Twelfth Street a distance of 316.0 feet; thence South parallel to and 131.0 feet East of the East right-of-way line of Poplar Street to the North line of Pleasant Hill Addition: thence West a distance of 6.0 feet; tnence Soutn parallel to and Il5.0 feet ~ast of the East right-of-way line of Poplar Street to the northerly right-of- right-ot-way line of Ninth Street; thence sou-thwesterJy on the northerly right-of-way line of Ninth Street a distance of 142.5 fee-t to the point of be9inn~ng, all as shown on the plat marked Exhibit -A- attached hereto and locorporated herein by reference. SECTION 3. The following street in the district shall be i~roved by .p~ving. curbing4 guttering. and all incidental work in connection therewitht poplar Stree-t from Ninth St.reet to Twel.fth Street.
