BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 1098 in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created. SECTION 2.
