<br />Mortgagee's certain Promissory Note for $ 16,500.00 , which is a
<br />valid subsi st ing ob ligat i on of the Mortgagor and that paym!,!nt of the
<br />remainder of the printipal and accrued interest thereon ,,,ill be due
<br />according to the terms of the aforementioned first Real ES't-a,te Mo-r-t-
<br />gage, modified and payable in the following manner:
